Terms and Conditions
Reservation Policy.
The reservations department will receive the request and respond to the reservation via email or fax within a maximum of 24 hours, indicating the payment deadline. Cubanita Tours cannot guarantee the reservation if payment is not made on the requested date.
Only written confirmations from Cubanita Tours will be valid.
Changes to previously confirmed dates are subject to availability.
Please keep the following in mind:
The stipulated rate applies to both nationals and foreigners.
It is requested to arrive at least 10 minutes before the stipulated time for the excursion.
Cubanita Tours reserves the right of admission.
Pets are not allowed on excursions to the Caño Negro National Refuge.
For safety, excursions are subject to the weather conditions of the area.
Cancellation policy.
All cancellations must be made in writing and with acknowledgment of receipt from Cubanita Tours. The cancellation policies are as follows:
A full refund applies if cancellation is made 3 days before the reservation date.
No refund applies if cancellation is made 2 days before the reservation date.
No refund applies for late cancellations, “no shows” or unused portions of previously reserved services.

Price for guides and drivers: Guides and Drivers have CPL on boat excursions.
